Candlestick Flare (Model SEF)
The SEF Bio-Gas flare is an elevated flare complete
with a shroud to reduce flame visibility and improve
thermal destruction efficiency. The SEF Burner
is constructed from high temperature alloy steel
to prevent corrosion or thermal degradation. The
Flame Shroud on the SEF is designed to prevent
down drafts from extinguishing the flame. In addition,
the shroud reduces the amount of visible flame
and provides a chamber for more complete combustion.
The SEF is supplied with a self-supported flare
riser designed to be mounted on a concrete base
or attached to a pipe extension. To meet government
regulations and safety considerations, the SEF
is offered with both optical UV flame detection
and thermocouples.
Fully Enclosed
Flare (Model FEF)
The FEF is a completely enclosed flare in which
combustion occurs inside an insulated flare stack
and under a controlled environment. This causes
a higher destruction efficiency of the bio-gas.
Enclosed combustion ensures that all smoke, flame
and noise are imperceptible in sensitive areas.
Also, the FEF eliminates all smoke, visible flame
and sound to provide the proper solution in sensitive
areas. The FEF consists of a flare burner, enclosed
stack, temperature controls and other optional
items.
